H. Lehman Franklin, Jr., is a Statesboro native. He graduated from the University of Georgia in 1963 and was subsequently admitted into the bar association months later. Franklin has remained in Statesboro for the duration of his career and has become an AV rated attorney and one of the best law practitioners in the area.
